One message in WhatsApp. The first time you name a field, a tap on the map. After that, five seconds — and the record is made.

Alert radius

Every beekeeper with an apiary within 5km of your field gets the message in seconds — product, location, timing.

For everyone

Free for farmers. Free for beekeepers. Not a trial. Not freemium. A public-good utility for UK agriculture.

How it works

One message. Done.

cropspray.farm is a conversation, not a form. Send a WhatsApp from the cab — the bot does the rest.

01

You send a message

“Spraying Decis on Top Field tomorrow at 6am.” That’s the whole submission. The bot understands the product, the field name, and the timing.

02

The field gets mapped (once)

First time you name a field, one tap drops a pin. After that, the bot remembers it. Future sprays on the same field take five seconds.

03

Beekeepers within 5km know

Anyone with an apiary inside the alert radius gets a WhatsApp message in seconds: what’s being sprayed, where, and when. They can move their hives or close them up.

A real conversation

This is what 20 seconds looks like.

No app to download. No account. No login. You message a number; the bot does the rest.

From the cab. Mid-morning. Sprayer running.

A farmer types one line, drops a pin once for a new field, and gets back to work. By the time the boom is moving, every beekeeper within five kilometres has been told.

The bot remembers products, fields, and farm teams between messages. The second time the same field is sprayed, the whole exchange is two messages.

→ First time you log a product, the bot offers to read its label from a photo — so the active ingredient and MAPP number are on your records too.
